Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Weft extension orders require 5 business days for processing.
After your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
Estimated total fulfillment time: up to 10 business days.
Custom wigs require additional construction and preparation.
Custom wig orders require 710 - 14 business days for processing.
After your wig has been completed and handed to the shipping carrier, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Estimated total fulfillment time: up to 17 - 21 business days.
Processing and shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped within the applicable processing timeframe whenever possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.
The shipping period begins once your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Glory Extensions' reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has entered processing, hair has been ordered from a supplier, or production has begun on a custom wig, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If Glory Extensions is unable to fulfill an order within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide the options required under applicable law, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to Glory Extensions because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for applicable reshipping costs.
